• Case H/W management, Help customer to create case, Contact Vendor ,
   Schedule Onsite/Remote Trouble Shooting, Follow up with vendor
   support to fix customer problem. Provide incident Report to customer
   per H/W Box.



PACKAGE - SERVER CONSOLIDATE SERVICE WITH VMWARE

• Provide setup 2 vSphere Server with 1 vCenter. And Consolidate P2V
   for 4 Hosts.



PACKAGE - VMWARE MONITOR WITH OPERATION
• Provide setup 1 VM for vOperation for monitor, health check on ESX or
  vSphere server


PACKAGE - STORAGE CONSOLIDATE SERVICE WITH VMWARE
• Provide setup 1 EMC VNX/Clariion box with migrate 4 Hosts connect to
   it as basic.Extra or Special service would like Neoplus to do can negotiate

PACKAGE - DATA MIGRATION ON VMWARE, UNIX, AIX
WINDOWS, SUN, HP
